On February 5, 2016, I felt a lump on the underside of my right breast. Less than three weeks later, I started a year long plus crusade to rid my body of cancer. I was diagnosed with Stage 2, Grade 3, HER2 positive breast cancer. One of the most aggressive types. But I was told it was curable. That I would just have to submit to the process. The process of being infused with multiple chemotherapy drugs, having surgery, going through radiation and dealing with everything physically and emotionally that comes with all of this.
